Soak Before Laying
Soak zpark Cool roof tiles minimum 1 hr in water before laying. Let the water absorb, to give excellent bonding to the concrete and terrace.
Use 3mm Spacer
Give 3mm spacer to maintain gap between tiles
Fill with Sanded Grout
Fill the 3 mm spacer with our special designed zpark SANDED grout for best result and to prevent rain water entering in the gaps.
Create Vertical Slope
Make vertical slope 1/4 inch layed with Zpark Cool Roof tiles on the side of the walls and cover the floor area vertically to let the rain water to slope and password through the sink hole on the terrace.
Use Zpark Tile Adhesive
For best result lay zpark Cool tiles using our specially designed zpark tile adhesive for better and strong bonding and best finishing.
